2. What data we process

When you visit the website: our server stores technically necessary information such as IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and browser type. We need this data to operate the website securely and to protect it from misuse.

When you apply: name or stage name, date of birth, mobile number, country, city and, voluntarily, your Instagram or OnlyFans name and your message. We use this information solely to review your application and to contact you.

Revenue calculator: the values you enter are only used for the calculation and are not stored.

3. Cookies

We only use one technically necessary session cookie that protects the application form from misuse. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Fonts

We use Google Fonts to display fonts. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation.

5. Retention period

We keep application data for as long as necessary to process your application and any collaboration. If no collaboration comes about, we delete your data after 12 months at the latest, unless you request deletion earlier.

6. Disclosure and processing abroad

Your data is not sold and is only shared with people who need it to process your application. Our server is located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). As the provider is based in the USA, data may also be processed there.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data and to object to its processing. Simply write to us at info@be-fame.me. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy if our website or the legal requirements change. The current version on this page applies.
